Osteopractic Physical Therapy
SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
An osteopractor is a physical therapist, that has completed an evidence-based post-graduate training program in the use of spinal and extremity thrust manipulation, ultrasound-guided dry needling, instrument-assisted manual therapies, and differential diagnostics for the diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Osteopractic therapy is an approach to care, a sub-specialty within physical therapy, and more accurately describes the kind of physical therapy services (rather than simply “physical therapy”) offered so the public, potential patients and colleagues alike, can identify the appropriate practitioner of choice for the condition in question.
Many people instinctively cease to remain active or train consistently when faced with pain or injury. Even medical professionals often tell athletes and patients to completely rest in the presence of pain.
Physical therapy is about risk mitigation, not risk avoidance. At Swift, we help people recover from and train around pain and injury. We will help you modify your existing routine so you can continue to train intently without worsening your symptoms.

Post Operative Care

EVALUATION: A total body clinical assessment evaluating functional movement patterns, strength, range of motion, flexibility, ligament health and injury history to determine imbalances in the body between right and left side. We then use this information to determine any areas of injury risk and provide guidance on how to proactively reduce your risk!

CUSTOM HOME EXERCISE PLAN: Based on the results of an Evaluation, we can create a custom workout plan for you to do on your own complete with videos, photos, and instructions.
