I have tried Physical therapy before, what is the difference? All our sessions are one on one attention with your doctor of physical therapy. Most importantly, we specialize in finding and addressing the ROOT Cause of your pain and injury. We do not just treat the symptoms that you experience, but rather focus on treating the root cause to get you out of pain and STAY out of pain.
-
What is your cancellation policy? We understand life happens, if that occurs simply just give us a call 24 hours in advance to your appointment and no cancellation fee will be applied. If you can cancel less than 24 hours or no show your appointment you will be charged an non-refundable fee.
-
What can I expect from my visit?Everyone has a unique story of their own. First we listen to you, your story and figure out how we want to address the problem. We assess the whole body, not just the parts that hurt. We want to understand the root cause and most times the pain is not underlying issue. From there we will treat / reduce your pain. You will be prescribed a Treatment Plan that will benefit your specific needs and goals.
-
Why don’t you accept my insurance?Cash-Based Physical Therapy is where your therapist skips the insurance hassle and operates on a private pay basis. Now, before you think it’s going to break the bank, hold on – it’s not only affordable, but it’s also worth every penny. Paying out of pocket ensures a high-quality, personalized experience that can truly make a difference in your health (and more often than not, is cheaper than actually using insurance!). -
Can I book an appointment online?Yes, you can book directly on our website. However, we always recommend you set up a phone call with our therapist. During this call we will get to know you and see if we can help you prior to coming in. We are transparent if you are not a candidate we will make a referral to the best fit facility for you.
-
Do you only treat athletes? No, we are trusted by some elite athletes in the area and world. However we treat active individuals who aspire to live a healthy lifestyle. We want everyone to feel the freedom of a pain free life with activities they enjoy.
-
Do I need a prescription or script from a physician? No, in the state of New Jersey we are a direct access state. This means you can be seen by a therapist without a referral. We encourage calling us immediately if you are experiencing an injury and we can see if you are a candidate for physical therapy.
